 SPROuts Awards
My first stop was the KU Peter Pan Child Care Centre at La Perouse.
The centre was hosting the SPROuts (Sustainable Projects Recognising
Outstanding Practice) Awards which are organised by the NSW Early
Childhood Environmental Education Network.
The child care centre is setting a fine example with its sustainable practices.

 Clovelly Community Bank
Next stop was the eighth birthday party of the Clovelly Community Bank.
The party, outside the bank on the sunny side of Clovelly Road, was a
great chance to chat to locals and bank staff - and enjoy the tasty
homemade crocodile and kangaroo sausages from the the Kool Kids Club
barbecue. |
